If this defines what it now means to "save the planet" I wish wind-pushers would find another Earth for their depressing experiments.

How can people be so blind as to call this desecration "beautiful?" Was nature itself ugly before? Natural scenery is under enough threat from human overpopulation. There are over 250,000 of these giant eyesores around the world now, bringing urban industrial sprawl far and wide. They are slated to grow to millions if people keep buying into "green" propaganda and the wind industries sales tactics (they love their subsidies).

That beach is also a dangerous place to build wind turbines, since blades are known to fall off. Regulations in the Philippines must be lax. These are very large, bird and bat killing machines, not the quaint farm windmills of old.

Hi Prime, your blog is fantastic. Very well written with valuable travel tips. I travel quite a lot for business trips, sometimes solo but have never travelled for leisure on my own. It is something that is on my mind all the time but was a little scared to do it on my own. Finally, I am doing it on my birthday and Bali is my first destination :)
